How much is shipping?
ZERO! Shipping is included in the price on all holsters.
Who is your shipping provider? Do you provide tracking information?
We ship all orders USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification of the shipment as well as tracking numbers.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship out within 3-4 Business days, not including weekends or postal holidays. Occasional delays are possible when we receive a high volume of orders (like christmas).
Do you ship internationally?
In some cases we can ship internationally...please contact us at questions@hybridholster.com if you have questions regarding your country.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14 day "try it" program. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to try it out. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return it for a full refund (not to include shipping). We do not accept returns after 14 days. If you need to return an item, please contact us at questions@hybridholster.com
What type of leather do you use?
We use 100% vegetable tanned cowhide & horsehide (is available also).
Will the black leather bleed on to my clothing?
No, the die is color fast and we have not had a single case of the leather bleeding.
What is the Comfort Pad?
This is a smooth thin velvet like backing that is adhered to the back of the leather then stitched on. It is a very thin layer and does not add bulk to the holster. It creates a very comfortable holster against the skin as well as adding a finished look with the heavy stitch line.
Why Horsehide?
There is alot of debate about whether horsehide is superior to cowhide. We have read that it is a denser and tighter grained and better at repelling moisture. We do not have any data to support any claims made, and we suggest you do your own research and decide if horsehide is right for you. Horsehide is limited in quantity and not always in stock.
My holster is to tight/or to loose for my taste, what do I do?

Do you have clips available in other colors than Black?
Yes, our Nylon clips, Low Profile Kydex Clips & the J hooks are available in Chocolate Brown as well as Black. The color options for these clips can be found on our accessories page.
Do you offer a warranty?
We are proud to be able to offer a LIFETIME warranty on all our holsters. If the holster fails you in any way (under normal use), simply send it back and we will repair or replace your holster free of charge. We will not cover holsters that have been modified by the user. If you are having fitment issues, please return the holster to us for repair. Repairs and modifications made by the user will not be covered.
